InStyle LED’s COB Dotless LED Strip uses cutting edge chip on board technology, meaning the strip is able to produce the ultimate finish, completely smooth, no spotting, no dotting. A beautifully linear effect for any project.
Unlike the traditional surface mounted diodes, COB LEDs can be mounted directly onto the PCB substrate. In conjunction with our new silicone coating technique, this innovative design means the PCBs are populated at a much higher density. Allowing you to create the perfect finish with no unsightly spotting or dotting through your aluminium profiles.
InStyle’s RGBW COB Dotless LED tape draws 18w per metre. With a 3oz PCB this offers a much higher heat dissipation rate, resulting in a longer life span.
Like InStyle’s other branded LED products, the 18w dotless RGB LED tape offers a long life expectancy of 50,000 hours continuous use.
