The Challenge
Bravery HQ wanted to provide their customers with a luxury shopping experience whilst also installing speakers and cameras that worked with their space without being noticeable and taking attention and interest away from their products on show.
The Solution
Bravery HQ contacted David from Focus Solutions AV to seek professional advice on which pathway to take with installing high quality products. David then contacted OneAV who supplied high-quality AV equipment that was tailored to the needs and requirements of both David and Bravery HQ. The collaboration between Focus AV and OneAV provided a comprehensive system including a HDANYWHERE MHUB U 4X3+1 Matrix and HDA UCONTROL Zone Processor. Audio distribution and amplification using KEF Ci160QR’s, NAD Power Amp, NAD 4 Zone Network Music Player and a BLUESOUND Pulse M. To increase security for both Bravery HQ requirements as well as insurance guidelines, OneAV also supplied LILIN Dome IP Camera’s as well as a LILIN 16 Channel Video Network Recorder.
The Outcome
The products supplied by OneAV provided the security and immersive experience that Bravery HQ had imagined for their retail customers to experience. The intuitive control system allowed Bravery HQ staff to navigate and engage with the audio system, which amplified the consumer shopping experience.

The presale and technical support I received from OneAV while selecting the products needed for the Bravery HQ Project was really helpful and completely seamless from my initial call. OneAV guided me toward the correct products without suggesting products to overcomplicate the system.

During the installation, I needed to phone the OneAV Support Team as I was trying to integrate a product and I was not 100% sure of the most appropriate way to do this.
