OneAV supplies installers and integration businesses of all shapes and sizes. But we’ve concluded that just ‘supplying’ will only get us so far. And we’ve collectively agreed that ‘serving’ you better and adding more value to a relationship with OneAV was something we needed to work on. We know actions speak louder than words, so here are some of the things we've immediately implemented to improve our service:
1. 8am-8pm Extended Opening Hours
We've extended our opening hours from 8 am to 8pm, Monday to Thursday, to ensure that you can reach out to us when it's most convenient for you. Whether you have a question, an order, need support, or just want to chat, our team is here to assist you.
2. Later Shipping
We understand the importance of meeting project deadlines. That's why we've extended our shipping times, giving you more flexibility and peace of mind. No more rushing to meet tight schedules.
3. Improved Checkout and AMEX
We've revamped our checkout process to make it faster and more user-friendly. Ordering from us is now a breeze, allowing you to complete your purchases efficiently. As you may have seen we now also accept American Express so that you have more payment options to choose from when doing business with OneAV
